1. GLOBAL HEADQUARTERS AND DATA CENTER (H.Q.)
Location: Austin, Texas, USA
Role: Supreme Command Center, Blockchain management for the AII Index, and international legal protection.
Leadership: Office of the Founding President, Mathieu TIENKOUE.
Mission: Global coordination and lobbying with UN and US bodies.
2. AFRICA HEADQUARTERS
Location: Yaoundé, Cameroon
Role: Observatory for Freedom of Movement within the CEMAC zone.
Missions: Monitoring of customs barriers and protection of the rights of economic actors in the Congo Basin.
3. EAST AFRICA REGIONAL OFFICE (AU LIAISON)
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Role: Direct liaison outpost with the African Union Headquarters.
Missions: Monitoring of treaty ratification and advocacy for the single African Passport.
4. WEST AFRICA REGIONAL OFFICE
Location: Dakar, Senegal
Role: Center of expertise for integration within the ECOWAS zone.
Missions: Oversight of the protocol on the free movement of persons and goods.
5. SOUTHERN AFRICA REGIONAL OFFICE
Location: Johannesburg, South Africa
Role: Audit Hub for the SADC zone.
Missions: Analysis of migration flows and cross-border security standards.
6. GREAT LAKES AFRICA REGIONAL OFFICE
Location: Kinshasa, D.R. Congo
Role: Observatory for Stability and Territorial Unity. Mission: Civil mediation and human rights monitoring in transit zones.
