How to File a Complaint Against a State?
INTRODUCTION:
The African United Authority Watch Inc. (AUAW) serves as a shield for African citizens. If your rights under integration treaties—such as freedom of movement, the right of establishment, or the right to an African passport—have been violated by a state administration, our Office of Rights is at your disposal.
THE 3 STEPS OF THE REDRESS PROCESS:
- Filing the Case: Complete the secure form below, attaching and uploading your supporting evidence (photos, administrative documents, testimonies) via the provided link.
- Strategic Assessment: Our legal experts and the relevant Regional Commissioner will analyze the admissibility of your complaint within 48 hours.
- Diplomatic Intervention: If the complaint is substantiated, the AUAW will issue a Formal Inquiry Note to the State in question and incorporate this incident into that country's annual rating (AII Index).

The information submitted via this form is strictly confidential and protected by the security protocols of Austin, Texas. Any false statement may result in the permanent rejection of your case file.
